Taxes
All purchases are tax-free unless shipped within the State of New Jersey. All cufflinks shipped within New Jersey are taxed 7%.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. This website and the Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts remove or edit content or cancel orders.
By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing www.cotoluxe.com with accurate, truthful information and that you have the authority to place the order.
Shipping
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. All orders have a processing time of 24 hours if the merchandise is in stock. Overnight delivery is available for orders placed on business days before 1pm.
Backordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not always be shipped together. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout and will be charged to your credit card once the item is ready to ship.

Repair Policy
COTO stands behind all of its merchandise with a 1-year warranty. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to repair it free of charge. However, there is a $20.00 shipping & handling fee charged for each item submitted for repair. Repairs should be sent insured to the following address via traceable mail:

Be sure to include a note with your name, address, daytime phone number and email address along with a $20.00 check made payable to COTO Sustainable Luxury, LLC. Processing time is three to four weeks. If your purchase cannot be repaired because the damage is caused by general wear and tear, it will be returned to the address you provided. Care Information
Links with Sterling Silver
Storing your sterling silver in the open air and humidity for extended periods of time can cause it to tarnish. Tarnish first appears as a golden hue on your sterling silver then turns to black. This is a normal process that is caused by oxidization and moisture from air and sunlight. To keep tarnish to a minimum it is advised that you store your cufflinks the glass vial provided when not wearing them. To clean away excessive tarnish, clean with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive brand name liquid or paste silver polish.
Fly Links
Our Fly Links are handcrafted of premium feathers on steel rods. Each rod has been blunted and smoothed at the tip to prevent any other materials from becoming entangled with the Fly Links. However, much care is needed when wearing these cufflinks. Please do not wear Fly Links if you may expose them to other materials that are likely to catch and rip. You, as Purchaser, agree to indemnify the Company from any harm associated with our Fly links. Please also store the links in the glass vial provided to prevent any damage to the hackle and feathers.
Ties
Hang you neckties at night - do not leave the knots in as they will permanently crease the fabric. When traveling, roll your necktie and place it in the capsule we provide and pack it safely in the corners of your luggage. If a stain appears on the tie, dip a clean cloth napkin in club soda and then dab away the stained portion.
Returns
New, unused full price merchandise may be returned for a refund or merchandise credit with a gift receipt within 15 days of purchase.
New, unused sale merchandise may not be returned and all sales are final.
Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Service department at customerservice@cotoluxe.com.
Items purchased at a department store or specialty store may not be returned to our online store.
Returns and Exchanges Procedures through www.cotoluxe.com
1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please click "Your Account" to log in and locate the appropriate order under "Order History".
2. Scroll down to "Create Return Request", select the items and reasons for the return and click "Create". Your authorization number will be emailed to once we receive your request.
3. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.
4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your RMA # very visibly on the outside of the package.

6. All Pre-Sale purchases are final. Only exchanges for damaged merchandise will be accepted.
