this board is modeled after the ancient hawaiian alaia. we've used an updated
template from a shaper in Australia and tweaked it with our own design of a
narrow swallowtail for a looser ride - more control, more slide, more "lala."
beautiful in and out of the water, the alaia movement represents an
appreciation for timeless craftsmanship and intelligent design.
